Denver Water offers a $150 rebate for qualifying high-efficiency clothes washers, a $125 rebate for qualifying high-efficiency toilets, and a $25 rebate for qualifying low-flow toilets.
Low-flow toilets use 1.6 gallons per flush or less, and are currently the minimum standard required by federal law. A high-efficiency toilet must flush at least 20 percent less water than low-flow toilets (1.28 gallons per flush).
